Staybridge Suites Corpus Christi by IHG

The room was very clean. I worked for a mattress retailer for years, and you know I looked for unwanted guests on the mattress. I am happy to report that none were found. They use a full encasement protector as well as a fitted sheet protector over that, God bless them. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but honestly, it's far better than a collapsed crap mattress. It felt like it was good quality. I would say this room was well worth the money. The location felt very secure, and we left our gear bungeed to vehicles roof without worry. I don't know about everyone else, but trying to find a hotel that's affordable by reading reviews is a nightmare. They make me feel like I'm going to be unalived in my sleep or leave with unwanted guests that will require $$$ to get out of my home. This place is under renovation, and that means there were signs of work being done. Everyone working there was nice. The location felt safe, and my room was clean and had an ac that was cold. That is all I could have asked for or wanted.

1st floor was being renovated, therefore a 3 star for room/ facilities. Miss.Sindhu was very kind and helpful. Good varieties for breakfast. Thank you. We liked the location, near by restaurants and shopping. Not too far from beach.

Good hotel for the price. Clean room with kitchenette. Room smelled like a new house.

Sri at the front desk has a great smile. She is doing a great job greeting people as they pass by. She ask me if i needed anything, and always saying have a good day! The rooms are nice and clean with plenty of room. Just a few small things that could be corrected i noticed being in construction industry. Like the faucet at the bathroom sink not installed correctly, a brown spot on the ceil above the kitchen refrigerator, and the towel bar at the sink was loose and hanging by 1 side. This place is looking nice. Still under renovation.

The renovations are beautiful. The location is very convenient. The staff were polite. The hotel was bery clean. The pool was being renovated and the Social Hour was awful, but without any fuss, IHG corporate ultimately ensured my satisfaction.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made the stay even better was the outstanding service from the front desk. Bharath was especially helpful—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. He made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Staybridge Suites turned what could have been a good stay into an exceptional one, thanks to Julian and Mariah's outstanding professionalism and the hotel staff's warm hospitality. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for anything from a quick overnight to a longer stay, while the afternoon social and breakfast offered very good food that added a nice touch. We felt genuinely cared for from check-in to checkout, and we would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

I've stayed at this hotel for business at least 3 nights every month for the past year. The hotel is recently remodeled and/or being remodeled. The updated rooms have modern upgrades such as cport charging ports, full refrigerators, stoves and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast is good and the service is great. The front desk staff is always accommodating and polite. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and shopping. If you are booking a room for the Corpus area, this hotel will meet all of your needs.
